Blue light. When you push the WPS button on the back of the Hub the light will flash blue slowly for 2 minutes. Then once a WPS connection is successful the light will turn solid blue for 20 seconds. If it flashes blue rapidly it means the WPS connection was unsuccessful, and you should try again. --------------------.

I signed up to Virgin Media broadband last week, received and set up the provided router. Upon connecting the router to the coaxial cable and power, it eventually switches from a white light to a flashing red light. Logging into the router, I can see the internet has a status of"DS Scanning" with red arrows. I rang 1908 for support.

on 28-11-2020 23:03. Common theme here is that whenever someone at VM “double checks” this, they come up with something new. Let me tell you what is actually the case. Person 1 can give notice to cancel and immediately place a new order in the name of person 2 at the same address.

Got my HUB 5, connected it and the light was flashing blue constantly. Called VM and they couldn’t resolve it thru a phone so they apparently booked a technician for NOV 10. Plugged back the HUB 3 and the connection is not working as well. Can someone tell me how one thing can go this bad so quickly...

New Hub 5 not working - blue flashing light. So I've had a new Hub 5 sent to me after upgrading to 1Gig. It sits on the blue flashing light for sometime, then the solid white. I called up support, all they can do is book a tech. Seems a bit extreme, my old Hub 3 I'm told I can re connect, but surely there is something they can do their end?

To perform a factory reset, you'll need to push a pin into the pinhole at the back of the Hub for at least 60 seconds. Please let us know once you've done that and if the light remains red. If that's the case, we can look into getting an engineer to come and take a look. They'll be able to replace the unit if required.

When it's done, the light at the bottom will glow solid white. This might take up to 30 minutes. Right -- let's get you online! Your Wi-Fi network will be called something like VM123456. All the details you need to get online are on the bottom of your Hub, and on the little card. Connect your computer and any other devices to Wi-Fi.

VM have started pushing out a new software update to the 360 boxes, the latest of which is version 5.12, and it looks like your 360mini box has received that update as theres a small number of forum posts from customers that have received that update and the standby light on their set top box is now showing a blue light.
